The Riverland Region

Located 2.5 hours North East from Adelaide the Riverland boasts a thriving tourism industry that provides a vast range of things to do and see.  The Murray River is the lifeline for the local food and wine industry and allows exciting tourism and recreational activities. A large number of Eateries, Hotels, Breweries and Cellar Doors also add plenty to the region. The town of Berri is central to Renmark, Loxton, Barmera and Waikerie who all have their unique accommodation and attractions that entertain thousands of visitors to the region.

The Berri Hotel Group’s Big River Golf and Country Club located on the Golf Course boasts a full breakfast, lunch and dinner menu, full bar facilities.  The modern, award-winning facility is open seven days a week for your convenience.   It offers picturesque views of the course that can be enjoyed while relaxing with great company, a wonderful meal, and a refreshing drink.

Recently renovated by the award-winning Studio 9 Architects, the Tavern is a modern but comfortable dining experience with views of the Berri Golf Course.

Berri Golf Course Information

The Berri Golf Club offers a challenging 18 Hole Golf Course centrally located in South Australia’s Riverland. Positioned within the township, the Berri Golf Club is open 7 days a week for social golf and provides players with a spectacular fully irrigated course. The Big River Tavern provides full bar service and bistro dining while the on-course accommodation makes staying and playing easy and a fleet of 15 golf carts are available for hire.

Wine & Dine

The Big River Golf and Country Club is an award-winning entertainment venue overlooking the 18th green.  It boasts an extensive menu, full bar service and gaming facilities and is open 7 days a week for your convenience.
